 It was a pleasure to work with Rod. We were looking for a second home in an upscale townhome complex in the Abbotsford area. There are not very many of these, and being that we were out of country purchasers, we had a few opportunities slip through our fingers. That was until we met with Rod. He kept us up to date with new listings and even managed to get us through two units before they were even on the market. It was a difficult property to sell, with quite a few question marks. | We were living in Abbotsford looking to move to Sardis, we signed with a realtor to sell our house with whom Rod was partners. It was understood Rod was our buying agent, within hours of first speaking he had compiled a list of over fifty homes that were exactly what we were looking for.
Rod was always available and willing to make the trip to Sardis to show us homes no matter what time or day. When it came to finishing up the sale of our home our other realtor seemed to be hard to get a hold of and losing interest fast. Rod quickly and effectively picked up the slack and took care of both deals, and has followed up with service after sale. | We were moving our dental practice from Alberta to BC. We were moving the business to Mission, trying to buy a home in Abbotsford and trying to sell our home in Red Deer.

| Karina and I were first time home buyers. We had initially been working with a few other real estate teams and their ‘buyer’s agents’. We never felt that they were trying to help us buy a home and they eventually stopped contacting us.

| I was looking for a specific condo. Little did I know that Rod Friesen would be able to help me look at any condo in Abbotsford that matched my criteria.
Rod kept me up to date with new listings and when the right places came along he set up all the showings and took me through the condos that were in my price range and matched what I was looking for. In the end, I purchased a condo that Rod found for me that was NOT EVEN ON THE MARKET YET. I am not sure how he did it, but it was a listing from another agent and Rod took me through before the ink had even dried from the other agent securing the listing.
