| Rod came to us through his marketing into our townhome complex. He had sold another unit in our complex and was marketing that he had another couple who was also looking for a unit in our complex. When we decided it was time to sell, we met with Rod to get an evaluation. we had another agent friend at that time and listed with them at the time.
We tried to sell with the other agent on 3 separate occasions with no luck. Twice the listing expired and the third time we cancelled the listing as the frustration of the market had gotten to us. We decided to rent our home out as we had purchased a home elsewhere and were often out of the country. When it came time to try to sell again we decided to work with Rod, and we are so glad we did. He sold our unit in half the time the other agent had the home listed and for more than our initial list price with the other agent. | It was a pleasure to work with Rod. We were looking for a second home in an upscale townhome complex in the Abbotsford area. There are not very many of these, and being that we were out of country purchasers, we had a few opportunities slip through our fingers. That was until we met with Rod. He kept us up to date with new listings and even managed to get us through two units before they were even on the market. When the right place came along, there were other buyers waiting to buy the unit as well but Rod used his experience and superior negotiating skills to ensure we were the successful purchasers of the unit we wanted.

| We were living in Abbotsford looking to move to Sardis, we signed with a realtor to sell our house with whom Rod was partners. It was understood Rod was our buying agent, within hours of first speaking he had compiled a list of over fifty homes that were exactly what we were looking for.
Rod was always available and willing to make the trip to Sardis to show us homes no matter what time or day. | We were moving our dental practice from Alberta to BC. We were moving the business to Mission, trying to buy a home in Abbotsford and trying to sell our home in Red Deer.

Rod kept me up to date with new listings and when the right places came along he set up all the showings and took me through the condos that were in my price range and matched what I was looking for.
