The latest real estate numbers have been released relating to sales in the Fraser Valley focusing on the difference between March 2009 and March 2010. Abbotsford homes for sale realized a 9% growth increasing from an average of $401,376 to $437,899. Abbotsford Townhomes saw the average sale price rise 4% from $251,870 to $261,363. The Abbotsford Condo market had a 6% increase from an average price of $166,700 to $176,765.
Overall Abbotsford was behind many of the other real estate markets in increases and substantially behind the markets when it came to townhomes and condos.
