The property located at 1812 Foy St was purchased by U-Haul Canada. This parcel I would assume will be used for storage etc. It was a 4.91 acre piece. Sale price was just over 20 million dollars ($4,175,000 per acre). Assessed value was just over $14,000,000.
It sounds like they want to rezone the property to I2, which is in extremely short supply in Abbotsford.
