Rod spent a lot of time with us before we signed on to be his clients, taking us to see a few places prior to the decision to sell our home. He helped us to properly set our asking price and brought in several interested bidders after only two days. We were able to accept an offer over asking price! After accepting an offer, Rod proved to be a great negotiator and provided us with helpful advice as we began putting out offers on potential new homes.
