Aberdeen is a small neighborhood in Abbotsford that is a friendly and beautiful place to live. Aberdeen Elementary is a well-respected school in District 34 and there are some other great schools nearby as well. As far a real estate and homes for sale in Aberdeen, they include everything from the large estates to the midrange homes with tons of space, lots of bedrooms and massive yards. Although the homes in Aberdeen generally cost more than in places like Central and West Abbotsford, they are grander in scale and definitely some of the most beautiful homes in the area.

Aberdeen does not have a large selection of hundreds of homes for sale like West Abbotsford, East Abbotsford and Central, but the homes that they do have are worth touring, and are usually priced just right for a medium to large family with a decent income.
