Rod was recommended to us and he delivered with good market knowledge, honest information, and great service. He assisted us in November 2019 with the buying of our Townhome and in May 2020 with the selling of our present home. We had originally planned to list our home in March but the Covid 19 outbreak caused us to put it on hold because of underlying health concerns. In May when things started to open up we asked Rod to list the home with the least number of showings as possible.
