It was a pleasure to work with Rod. We were looking for a second home in an upscale townhome complex in the Abbotsford area. There are not very many of these, and being that we were out of country purchasers, we had a few opportunities slip through our fingers. That was until we met with Rod. He kept us up to date with new listings and even managed to get us through two units before they were even on the market. When the right place came along, there were other buyers waiting to buy the unit as well but Rod used his experience and superior negotiating skills to ensure we were the successful purchasers of the unit we wanted.In the end, we got the unit we were looking for (over a year long search) and Rod was a huge part of making that happen. We have already referred people we know to Rod and will continue to do so. We would recommend Rod to anyone thinking of buying or selling real estate.
