Rod was amazing. He communicated a plan to us as to what the process would look like to sell our home & it happened just as he said he expected it to. He kept us in the loop providing feedback when people had viewed our home. He went through the house before listing it & suggested things we could alter for the best staging for sale. He returned texts & advertised where he could. We had an open house on the weekend & he informed of us the amount of traffic that viewed it. Very down to earth, diplomatic, warm & friendly with a great attitude. I would highly recommend Rod to list or help purchase a home hands down.
